Orhan YUZEN

Graduated from Galatasaray High School in 1984, and then in 1990 from the Chemical Engineering Department of Bosphorus University in Istanbul, Mr. Yuzen has acted as the President & CEO of Yalteks. Mr. Yuzen is also a former member of the board of Galatasaray Sports Club, and an amateur photographer.

 

Semih YUZEN

Born in Istanbul in 1970, Mr. Semih Yüzen, graduated from the Istanbul University Business Administration Faculty in 1990. Following his graduation he continued his studies in the United States and earned his MBA degree in marketing in 1994. He acted as Vice President and also as International Purchasing Manager until 2002. Mr. Yuzen performed various researches on the variety of raw materials used in the waterproofing and insulation fields. Still a member of the YALTEKS Board, Mr. Yuzen is currently the General Manager of PETFOR PET BOTTLES RECYCLING COMPANY which belongs to YUZEN family

Ugur YUZEN

Born 1940, in Siirt. Graduated from Istanbul Technical University Chemical Engineering Department in 1962. After working in different positions at Turkish Petrolium Inc. Batman Refinery, in 1976 he started his own business. Starting business first by trading asphalt products he founded Yuzen Company in 1986 in Gebze/Kocaeli. In 1989 he founded Yalteks Inc. He is still running his own business company.

Kubilay ULU / General Manager

Born 1955, in Tokat. Graduated from Istanbul Technical University Chemical Engineering Department in 1978. After working at Böhler, Interkim Inc. And Mis Sut, in 1996 he joined Yalteks family as Factory Manager. He was assigned as Vice President of Production and Marketing in April 2002 and as General Manager in July 2002. He is still working as General Manager.

Arslan CERRAHI / International Projects Manager – Marmara Regional Manager

Born 1966, in Tehran-Iran. Has been graduated from Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering Departmet in Ankara-Turkey. He has worked in Turkmenistan, Kazakhistan and Russia as Project Coordinator for 4 years for AGIND, an Italian – Swiss Joint Venture Company. Since May 1996 he has been sharing his experiences as International Projects Manager with Yalteks. Since May 2003 he is also filling Marmara Regional Manager position

Ibrahim BAYGELDI / Anatolian Marketing and Sales Manager

Born 1972, in Konya. After Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School, he graduated from Eskisehir Osmangazi University Civil Engineering Department in 1995. After working at Izotoprak and Mardav Ankara Region, he joined Yalteks family as Ankara Regional Manager in 2001. In December 2006, he was appointed to Anatolian Marketing and Sales Manager. He is still filling the position.

Attila CAMCIOGLU / Technical Manager

Born 1968, in Istanbul. He graduated from Chemistry Department of Bosphorous University in 1991. After working as Jet Fuel Quality Control Chief in Turkish Airlines and as Research & Development Technician in Turk-Henkel Leather Chemicals Department, he joined Yalteks family as Quality Control and Research & Development Responsible in 1996. Since 2003 he is working as Technical Manager.

Yavuz CAKMAK / Production Manager

Born 1974, in Istanbul. He graduated from Chemical Engineering Department of Istanbul University in 1998. He joined Yalteks family as Production Responsible in 1998. Since 2002 he is working as Production Manager.

Nurhan NAZIKCAN / Import Manager

Born 1936, in Istanbul. After Galatasaray High School, he has been graduated from Istanbul University Law School. In his 46 years of professional carrier he has worked at different companies like Karabasan Industry and Trade Inc., Böhler Welding Electrodes Inc. Anadolu Export Inc., Soimpek Inc. as Export Manager, Foreign Trade Coordinator. Since 2001 he is working as an experienced and educative Export Manager at Yalteks.

Murat OZEN / Export Assistant

Born 1974, in Istanbul. He has been graduated from Zincirlikuyu Anatolian Technical High School. He is continuing his education in Anatolian University Economics Department. He has worked as Instalment Technician at NORM Engineering Inc. and as purchasing and export assistant at TEMA Inc. an Italian – Turkish joint venture company. Since August 1998 he is working as Export Assistant at Yalteks.

Esma AKAR / Order and Sales Assistant

Born 1977, in Istanbul. Graduated from Sarıyer High School of Commerce in 1994. Same year she worked as intern in Istanbul Technical University Rectorate Accounting Department. Since 1995 she is working as Order and Sales Assistant at Yalteks.

Husnu GUVEN / Customs Responsible

Born 1966, in Rize. Has been graduated from Fenerbahce High School. Since 1997 he is working as Custom Responsible at Yalteks.

Ozan SEVINC / Customs Responsible

Born 1971, in Rize. Has been graduated from Suadiye High School. Since 1998 he is working as Custom Responsible at Yalteks.

M. Sinan CIZGEN / Purchasing and Warehouse Responsible

Born 1966, in Istanbul. Graduated from Kartal Industrial High School in 1985. Between 1987 – 1999 worked at Hisar Inc. as warehous responsible. Since July 2000 he is working as Purchasing and Warehouse Responsible at Yalteks.

Nilgun KARAKUTUK / Administrative Assistant

Born 1978, in Kocaeli. She is a School of Commerce graduate and senior at Eskisehir Anatolian University Accounting Departmant. She joined Yalteks family as Telephone Operator and still working as Administrative Assistant.

Ayhan DINC / Shipping Responsible

Born 1966, in Samsun. Graduated from High Scholl in 1984. Has worked as Warehouse Responsible at Istanbul Sock Inc. Since 1996 he is working as Shipping Responsible at Yalteks.

Huseyin ULU / Application Responsible

Born 1977, in Tokat. Graduated from Tokat Technical High School in 1996. Joined Yalteks family as a member of Shingle Application staff. He is still working as Application Responsible at Yalteks.

Korhan TURKOZU / Technical Consultant

Born 1964, in Kocaeli. After Izmit High School he has been graduated from Eskisehir Anatolian University Administration Department. He has worked at Yardımcı Construction Sales Department, Piyale Food Inc. Marmara & West Black Sea Regional Managment, Mardav Inc. Sales Department and Yorum Construction Sales Managment. Since April 2005 he is working as Technical Consultant at Yalteks.

Canan AKKIZLAR / Laboratory Technician

Born 1979, in Kocaeli. Graduated from Aslan Cement Technical High School Chemistry Department in 1997 and from Ege University Chemistry Department in 1999. She is senior at Anatolian University Administration Department. After working at Sartan Packaging Inc. Quality Assurance Department she joined Yalteks family in 2002 as Laboratory Technician.

Mehmet Emin ALTUN / Accounting Responsible

Born 1970, in Istanbul. After Macka Technical High School he has been graduated from Anatolian University Economics Faculty. He started to work in the Accounting Department of Yalteks in October 1998. Since January 2003 he is working as Accounting Responsible at Yalteks.

Murat TEKIN / Accounting

Born 1973, in Istanbul. He is attending Eskisehir University Administration Faculty. He worked in Accounting Department of Gucplastik in 1995 and Ibak Construction in 1997. Since 2000 he is working in the Accounting Department of Yalteks.

Furkan BUTUN / Accounting

Born 1981, in Istanbul. Graduated from Istanbul University Administration Department in 2002. He continue his education as a student of Dogus University MBA Program. His carrier started at Arkan & Ergin Grant Thornton as Assistant Inspector in 2003. Since May 2006 he is working in the accounting Department of Yalteks.
