1988

YALTEKS waterproofing bituminous materials manufacturing & marketing was established in Balcik Koyu/Gebze-TURKEY.

1993

Became the first Turkish member of National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) in the US.

1996

Manufactured the first APP Modified Asphalt Shingles in Turkey.

1997

Received the first ISO 9000 Quality Management System Certificate from TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH in Turkish bituminous waterproofing industry.

1999

Added a new production line of modified bituminous membranes and improved the annual production capacity. Also, added YALZER Bituminous Solution (Solvent based) to its products’ range.

2000

The first production line was moved to new plant with an area of 23.000 m2 in Pelitli Koyu/Gebze-TURKEY.

2001

The second and third production lines were moved to the new plant.    

2002

Added YALSUR Bituminous Liquid Membrane to its products’ range.

2003

Added YALMAST Bituminous Mastic to its products’ range.

2004

Added Diamond Asphalt Shingles (self-adhesive) to its products’ range and this new product was awarded as the waterproofing product of the year by YALITIM magazine.

2005

Started to produce YALTEKS BOARD XPS Insulations boards.

2009

Started to produce Q-teks, Spun-bond Nonwoven Polyester Felt & Geotextiles in a wide range.
